My little Pumpkin

I know I have said this before but being the auntie really is the best!
My little pumpkin and I spent the morning together....we made pumpkin bread!

such a serious little baker!
lots of concentration with the stirring!
yum yum, nothing like licking the whisk!
and voila! super moist, super delicious pumpkin bread!
The recipe come from my Great Aunt Betty from the farm.
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup water
1 3/4 cups pumpkin
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
mix it all together
bake at 375 for 1 hour
